my "Credit approved" became "Credit Pending" on Sunday night for my Monday night delivery, then it became approved again. I think its a pre-delivery soft check. For me it stayed at the same rate. I assume @Bosh911 got a better rate in that process. Totally being jealous =P

Yes, sub 3% ended on Feb 1st. You can not choose anything until you are close you your EDD. rates only gets locked down for 30 days (more like till the end of next month I was told), approval for 90 days.

They probably wont query again after 30 days. They might however pull again after 90 days
