Read battery temperature & voltage from different its cell/module on a Model 3 's CANBUS?

I just want to confirm everything is ok after I update my ScanMyTesla app. It can show individual cell voltages in BMS menu, although its update rate is very low, one sample every one minute, since it has many cells need to output their voltages.

Read battery temperature & voltage from different its cell/module on a Model 3 's CANBUS?

May I confirm again you are showing the data from a Model 3? Mine is 2020 Model 3.

Read battery temperature & voltage from different its cell/module on a Model 3 's CANBUS?

It is very strange that BMS tab shows nothing while other tabs (Battery or ALL) can see many inputs. Please check the following video.

Read battery temperature & voltage from different its cell/module on a Model 3 's CANBUS?

Now ScanMyTesla can read some data from OBD2. Can it read voltage/current from different CELLs/MODULE? It seems only can show data as a whole battery.

No power output from OBD2 cable / Model 3

Solved. These two ODB2 cables for model3 are simply doesn't work. I just buy from another cable from different source which can work without any problem.

No power output from OBD2 cable / Model 3

I bought and installed the ODB2 cable for my Model 3 today, but it does not output power from the ODB2 socket, and the Bluetooth ODB2 dongle does not power on (No LED blinking and no searchable Bluetooth ODB2 device). The same OBD2 Bluetooth dongle on my Toyota car can work correctly. Since I...

Read battery temperature & voltage from different its cell/module on a Model 3 's CANBUS?

I found this discussion about Model S, which can read the battery's voltages and temperature from its different cells/modules using CANBUS. https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/reading-battery-voltages-and-temperatures-via-can-on-model-s.60509/ Can Model 3 read the data from different...

    What is this plug called?

About two months ago, I tried to order it on Tesla website and ship it to the forwarder. Tesla eventually cancelled my order without any reason. Seems Hamiruo is a better option if you are willing to give them your login account.

I don't think it is possible to use one account to buy many adapters. Tesla will cancel it. Harumio need multiple accounts to order multiple adapters. I guess they simply find some local people's addresses to order the product but rather use public parcel forwarder's addresses, so they won't be...

I was been told to add a resistor 160 ohm on the CCS pin PP-PE (based on the measurement from the stock Tesla CCS1-TPC adapter? not sure) to help EV to detect the presence of the adapter (not sure). The Ukrainian adapter works very well with EU GEN3 CP ECU 1092755-82-B. I know I can replace it with EU GEN4 CP ECU 1537264-20-b, but it is meaningless for me (because I already can use CCS2 SC with EU GEN3 CP ECU). I want to use @FalconFour's approach because it will enable both TPC and CCS SC...

I had tested on a non-Tesla CCS2 SC (eTail) on the same day, but it didn't work. But the same SC (eTail) it was working perfectly while I am using EU GEN3 CP ECU 1092755-82-B, with the 'non-modified' Ukrainian adapter. ** All the tests and results are in Taiwan, not in the US. The older cars here are all TPC (as US model 3) connectors, new cars are all CCS2. Great video. I have to mention that the 'additional information' does not strictly imply you can you CCS or not, for example, my car in Taiwan does not show this option, but mine can use CCS. It still depends on which CP ECU you have.

I later test my GEN3 CP ECU retrofit with CCS2/TPC adapter in Taiwan. Three SCs were tested, one Tesla CCS2 V2 and V3 SC, and one third-party (TAIL) CCS2 SC (the equipment is from Delta Co.Ltd). I think I figure out why this situation happened to me. I replace my GEN3 with EU version CP ECU (1092755-82-B), it works with J1772 but not Tesla TPC SC. ==> Maybe it simply does not support the protocol to talk with Tesla TPC SC because there is no TPC SC in Europe, and that is why the rare...

My friend has a new CCS2 model 3 in Taiwan, just imported within few days. I assume it SHOULD BE GEN4. But its additional information does not show any 'CCS' related information. I think maybe the Taiwanese menu just do not display this information. Of course, these are my guess, I am not sure.
