May I suggest to invest 100$ more and ask John to do the Ceramic Coating on all glasses like I did? The product / process is called Glassparency, it comes with 3 years warranty (they will send you products for 3 years to re coat one per quarter)

Ok so, first driveway wash and reflections show off.. I don't know if you guys use Optimum No Rinse, but ever since I tried it I am blown away. This is the result of a 30 minutes wash, one bucket, one sponge one drying towel.

I answer my own topic. The Glassparency refresher for the coating is free of charge for 3 years. They claim you don't use the wipers anymore. Can't wait to test the rain....

Yesterday I had the Glassparency treatment done to all my glasses. It's freaking CHEAP (100 USD), Gulf Coast Auto Shield did it for me, it comes with 3 years Warranty and to my understanding I will need to maintain the coating with Wipes every 3/4 months. I am not sure if the company is sending...

On a side note, they are applying XPEL Tint and doing Ceramic coating on glasses, and every now and then I open the Tesla app in sentry mode and I check what is going on. You are not free from the Tesla app after delivery.

Tesla will mail to you a package, you will find what you need there along side the Inspection report that is usually in the glove box / passenger seat at delivery. With that you go to TAX office ( in my case Fort Bent has no appointment required, while Harris County does), and you pay.

Yea it looks good but it's a "protect your seats", I need to protect ME from the seats...that cover is probably as hot as the seat, waterproof non breathable... :(

I live in Cinco Ranch Katy, and the closest Service Center is Westheimer, they never offered me to do home delivery, but I texted the magic number telling them that I have sold my car (which is true) and they booked a Uber Ride for me on the morning of my delivery. That was nice

I would suggest to go ahead, do the switch and let everything go as supposed (profile included). Once you are given a VIN and delivery window you can reach out and if it doesn't meet your schedule you can put on hold for some time. I was ready to do so if dates were messing my Italy trip
