Thanks Everyone. I did reduce the breaker to 15- amps . It ramped the charge from 10-amps to 12-amps. I can handle maybe up to 20-amps , but i'll stay in the 11-amp range.

I just installed a 15-amp breaker and all is well for the last hour or so. I also set the two charger locations. The GPS still don't reconise our 40 acre lot, weird.
