    Recent MYP Delivery Estimates

Dang, so anyone that got pushed yesterday likely isn't getting theirs this quarter then. Oh well, on to the next one I suppose.

    Recent MYP Delivery Estimates

Meh, what's another few months? The CT might be out by the time we actually get our cars and then WE can switch to THAT. Jokes on them!

    Model 3 Performance Waiting Room

Most likely an April-ish build. Pretty new for a demo!

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Ugh, sorry for that experience. My guess is that it was an end of March reject. Inexcusable behavior regardless though.

    March 2022 Order Delivery Dates

Yep I think at one time, the split was 80/20 for LR/P. It would not shock me if those numbers have now flipped. Pretty crazy

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Exactly. These chips are used across the whole fleet so nothing earth shattering here.

Has anyone actually taken delivery in April 2022?

Most of the VINs that I’ve seen popping for April seem to be older. Likely March rejects.

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Tesla is just so frustrating sometimes with their lack of transparency. I mean not even a mention of the SR AWD at the rodeo and then they are prepping it for their website a few days later? In regards to the LR and P, who in their right mind would want to take delivery now knowing that an...

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Stole this from the interwebs, but needless to say looks like the SR is all we’re getting out of Austin for the foreseeable future

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Whole lot of nothing. Not one single word about the new SR, lol.

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Maybe it’s the lighting, but that looks like a black performance spoiler on the back there.

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

you can clearly see that three of them are Model Ys - SR, LR and P I’m sure.

    2 Model Y or Ioniq 5?

We just test drove the EV6 GT Line yesterday and I'll present some thoughts: 1) The car looks cool. Very futuristic and eye catching 2) Interior is very nice. Buttons are well laid out and everything us within reach 3) It is SLOW (well comparatively at least). It felt significantly slower...

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

At this point, it's increasingly likely that the new megacast / 4680 version will be a completely new, orderable vehicle in its own right, similar to the impending SR+. In hindsight, I don't think it was ever in the cards to order an LR or P and just luck into a 4680.

    Opinions/Experience with Black MYP

We currently have an MSM SRY and my last several cars have been some derivation of red and blue, so I decided to order a black on black MYP. That said, now I'm starting to think that I should have gone with something "safer". Can anyone share their thoughts and experiences with the MYP in...

    2022 MYP vs MYLR?

If you have to ask, then go for the LR👍

Edit Design without affecting price now?

Linked worked for me and maintained the pricing. However, it does look like the order agreement gets revised to the current date, so I do wonder if this bumps you to the back of the line.

Edit Design without affecting price now?

I order on 3/2 and that button is nowhere to be found

Model Y - Gigafactory Texas Production

Good catch. Yes, it looks like the LR and P certifications are for cars that were tested 6-8 months ago. Can't see them being the new builds by any stretch.

    Polestar 2?

Hi there - I currently have a Model Y Performance on order, but as the wait drags on, I've been monitoring other EVs. One that caught my eye in particular is the Polestar 2 with sport package. It's down on power a bit, but it looks absolutely stunning in person and the interior is in a class...
