Don't let the whiners get to you. You don't set the policies, but you are as entitled to use them as any of us. Any complaints about the policies should be aimed at Tesla. Congratulations on the decision to switch to an MYP.

If it makes you feel any better, I am in California, placed an order at the very beginning of March, and have no inkling of a VIN or realistic delivery date.

I know it feels that way, but I am in California, with an early-March OD, and still no sign of the VIN being assigned.

How’d you get MYP with 7 seats?? You sure you don’t have an LR on order? The EDD would make more sense for a LR.

Agreed. I am in California, with an early March (first week) order, and the EDD is currently at 5/16-6/20. I have no reason to expect delivery at lest until the EOQ (although am always hoping for a pleasant surprise).

Looks like our orders are almost identical, although I ordered a day after you, and with black interior and tow hitch. Otherwise, everything is the same, including the EDD (and how they were changing overtime). And we are both in San Diego. Ordered on the same day as you, and also in San Diego...

I doubt it. If there were viable alternatives, I imagine it definitely would, but right now any alternative you would consider has similar (or longer) wait times.

I am on the West Coast and am seeing the same delays. OD: 3/6 (MYP Red/Black, No Tow/no FSD) just pushed back by a month to May 16-June 20.

Mine too. 4/17-5/19 to 5/16-6/20. OD: 3/6 (although changed from MSM to Red about a week later).

I am wondering if the long EDDs for LR models have something to do with the tens of thousands of MYLRs that Hertz just ordered from Tesla. All speculation, of course.

Glute's right. I just updated mine from MSM to Red, and did not have to pay current pricing. Now I am just hoping that doesn't push my EDD back. Spoke with the advisor and she said it shouldn't, but I take most of that with a grain of salt.
