I ordered a 3 LR model on February 21st and since then I cannot log into the app and the site, the login fails on the site showing an error (Failed getting account details. Txld: 9c7c9550-2695-42f1-b37d-bb020abaa710 ), assistance and sales do not solve this problem, who knows how to solve it -

Impossibile accedere al sito dopo aver ordinato il modello 3
Ho ordinato un modello 3 LR il 21 febbraio e da allora non riesco ad accedere all'app e al sito , l'accesso non riesce sul sito mostrando un errore (Failed getting account details. txld: 9c7c9550-2695-42f1-b37d-bb020abaa710), assistenza e vendita non risolvono questo problema, chissà come risolverlo
