I got my VIN a few days after I noticed the date range narrow. Prior, the date range would have shifted around but never narrowed.

EQS 580/450, Taycan, and even BMW i4/iX are available here in SoCal on dealer lots. I was about to just go for the BMW iX but something about it's looks doesn't seem right.

We'll see or the Range Rover p440e which should be available soon even seems really nice. Personally I like the Taycan the best but I really wanted another vehicle that can tow. I've seen the EQS which seems really nice and great range.

I wish transferring to a new vehicle was an option too; however, it definitely adds value in resale. Private party value is always more realistic than a trade offer.

I believe when you buy a car the sales tax is calculated based on you registration address. So it doesn't matter where you pick it up in the state. At least that is how it has worked in CA so far that I have noticed.

I ordered on 12/5/2021. MXP black on black, standard wheels, and FSD. Really was not expecting such an early delivery.

Thanks Jace! It's not a huge deal but I do like the look better. My EDD was Oct '22 but it unexpectedly changed to Mar 26 - Apr 16th.
