Day 87 or something of FSD priority. I got a small pushback to May 29 - June 10 on Friday, but no VIN in sight yet. Today, I’m going to keep my phone on charger all day to ensure 100% availability just in case Tesla wants to call me with another trade-in inquiry.

Day 81. Or is it 80, who knows. Today there were no leaves to rake, but I got a phone call from Tesla. It was a robot asking me about the trade-in that I already filled in.

Congrats! Now I have to believe it's the thorough raking that did trick.

Got hit with a 2 day pushback but I absorbed it to show Tesla I have what it takes. Didn't even check a VIN in the source code today. Actually this is a missed opportunity for Tesla, they should upsell people on the decals showing their high score as a badge of honor.

I feel you, but I have to pace myself here. Otherwise there will be nothing left to do but to rake imaginary leaves by the time I get to day 85.

Day 72 with FSD in the Bay and it looks like 20 more days, pretty sure it’s not it. Also ordered when the reservation system said April, LOL I remember thinking I might actually get it in April.

Also got a pushback two days in my 2 week window. New EDD May 24 - Jun 7.

I doubt it was the trade in. It’s still pretty early for you, and Tesla seems to give shorter windows when they think your car might be in the upcoming batch or there’s cancellations, but then for some reason if your reservation doesn’t make the cut, you get back to wait for the next 2 week...

I think it’s a fair question tbh and I didn’t see it answered before as all the discussed VIN series were from Fremont. Try to ask your SA.

Not gonna lie I would secretly love it if it came in parts like an Ikea furniture and you’d have to assemble it in your driveway with those little hex keys.

Went to a test drive again today (still waiting) and I noticed that the windows are a mix of manufacturers. I guess that’s normal, but it caught my eye for sure as it makes me think it was repaired. Now back to refreshing the EDD every 5 minutes.

Bay Area. If I actually get a VIN it would match the initial estimate of "April - May" when I reserved it. I'm trying not to be too optimistic though as it seems common that people get a shorter window only to be pushed back again.
