Update - Disney+ now working as expected after the last couple of updates!

Had a response from Tesla - known issue that will hopefully resolve in the next update. If the language change has not helped, you’re out of luck until the next firmware update.

Strange enough but even changing the language didn’t help. May have to reach out to support over chat or email.

Came across this thread with a search - took delivery of MYLR yesterday and had a full software update to latest version. Don’t see Disney app on theatre, tried soft reset but didn’t fix. Any pointers on what else we can try?

I thought about requesting “do not clean” too as the car goes to detailer next day but the thought of driving away a dirty white car as “new” was too dreadful.

Updated to June 17-June 30! MYLR White/White/Gemini, Bluewater collection. Ordered March 10 but trade in expires May 16 so fingers crossed they stick to the original valuation which had plenty of positive equity! :)

Keep in mind the 100 miles to request service for any delivery faults like scratches/panel misalignment etc. If you’re more than 100 miles away from Southampton, it’s not worth the hassle in my opinion because you will never have enough time to check everything at delivery handover.

Ordered same config on March 10 and just checked the delivery estimate now moved from May 8- May 22 to May 13 - June 9. Trade in was valid until May 17 so I’ll be putting pressure on them to hold the trade in or worst case cancel the order.
