Is it possible to reset a charging location?

Thanks, have tried your suggestions and other work arounds like hard reboot when in Scheduled Departure or Charge in home location. I found all these functions just worked normally for 4 days in a city 25O miles away. I am closer to trying Factory Reset

I have a problem with scheduled charging/departure and climate keeper not working at my home location. They all work fine 250 miles away. Do I need to reset location at home? How do I do this. Dealer is trying to tell me to replace the THC sensor for $500

Have the same problem and only work around is to lower charge limit to 50% plug in and set alarm to raise limit and start charging at bedtime. What do you know about doing a Factory Reset? That is the only remaining option I can think of
