I picked up the car yesterday after doing only basic inspection because of the rain in the Bay Area. I parked my car for about a couple of hours and started doing the thorough inspection. I noticed the car is making some kind of weird noise when in idle/park mode. I haven’t started the car yet...

This morning I changed from white to black interior around 10am. Received VIN around 2:30pm and is schedule for delivery between 3/29-3/31. Bay Area ordered on 1/17. That was fast!

Guys, my EDD changed from 03/28-03/31 to 5/4-6/8 this morning. I think I'm going to switch it to black interior. I waited over two months and I can't wait any longer. You guys are the real heros. Will post the pic if I EVER get the car.

My current EDD is 3/28-3/31 and today is 3/28 with no VIN. If my EDD changes again, I think I will switch it to black.

The only difference for me is that I ordered on 1/17 and it's still showing 03/28-03/31. If mine changes to April-June, then I might switch to black...

Mine still holding up 3/24-3/31 but I highly doubt that I’ll receive my VIN this week. Lost hope for the last couple month.

Looks some one of you guys from Georgia vehicle is abandoned by the truck driver. 😂 I mean he says this car was abandoned at least for 4 weeks. Didn’t someone from this forum said their vin was assigned and was gone right before the delivery? You may wanna check the vin in this video. lol

Checked the app and my EDD not showing. Also checked the website and it's giving me 400 error. Could this be right before the system updates my EDD?

For curiosity, does everyone get their EDD/VIN updates in the morning or throughout the day? I seems to get my updates only 6am-ish in the morning.

I have the same config as you except for 19” wheel and I’m in Mountain View. I’m pretty sure my new EDD will be 2/29 - 3/10 tomorrow.

I'm just afraid that it might move to something like April-May when I wake up tomorrow because I have the white interior.

Oh wow! Is this the first white interior delivery??? What is your OD? I have the same config except mine is RWD and I ordered on 1/17. My EDD today is 2/27 - 3/10. Hopefully it changes soon. Congrats!

They never saw white interior deliveries yet.. This indeed proves that there are some issues in the production.

I changed my interior to black due to miscommunication between me and the SA. Oh well… There is no going back as the white interior went up by $500. Updated the spreadsheet.

Are you using the Tesla finance and still can edit?

I believe if you finished the finance section using Tesla, then you are not able to edit the design anymore.

I haven't seen it in person either but I've seen a YouTube video where the guy said that it's the same material as the white seat.

This is exactly why we should select "Cash" option instead of "Finance" option. Once the VIN is available update it to "Finance" again.

I chose cash option for now but willing to change it to finance once VIN is assigned. This is how I was told to do it by many Youtubers when I ordered my model Y a couple years back. Not sure if this expedites or not.

ODD: 1/17 RWD/Grey/White/19" Update #1: Feb-Mar Update #2: 02/13 - 03/12 (updated on 1/19) Still no VIN and no update since then. Tomorrow will be the first day of the Update #2 and wondering if there will be another update.

What's the advantage of using this device compared to the plain garage opener? Does this device detect that you're about to leave the house and automatically closes the garage door or opens the garage door automatically when you're near your house?
