Nope not normal. Check with service and open a ticket.I checked this morning and it’s still making sound from the outside and inside. It’s been sitting there for more than 10 hours and do you think the fan is cooling the electronics?

Noticed what I think is a software issue on my new M3 LR. The internal temperature sensor reading is incorrect. This only happens when the car is "off" or not in use. Because of this, the car constantly triggers the cabin overheat reading.
I think it's software because, well, it only happens when not in use. It behaves like a moving average and slowly moves to >100°F and slowly moves down to set temperature. But it only "moves" only when in use.
Anyone else notice this?
this really is a very lovely color.. one of the best I’ve seen. It reminds me of something Infinity did a few years back for one of their top performance cars.Got it! Welcome home Elektra! More on delivery and driving once I get more time with it. This and another one were the first red M3 deliveries in Tampa. View attachment 1033668
What?!! You switched to white interior, and they offered you a pick up today? I am sure you meant black!Switched to white interior but they want me to pick up today so now it shows me as order on hold.
what buzzing noise? and do you think it’s a normal sound? Finally took some photos! Other than the buzzing noise, it looks gorgeous!
if you get that checked out. let me know what the sound was. in the manual there is a list of normal sounds. i didn’t hear that one.
I'm sure there's a greenhouse impact. But there's no way the interior temperature is 100° while the outside is 70°. Sunshine or otherwise. Not likely a bug. I'd recommend looking up "Greenhouse Effect". While parked, the inside of your car will be several degrees higher than the outdoor ambient temperature.

If in the direct sun and ~75F outside my black m3 will hit ~95F insideI'm sure there's a greenhouse impact. But there's no way the interior temperature is 100° while the outside is 70°. Sunshine or otherwise.
