I had the same problem since 1-2 days ago..it finally cleared up and went past 50% today and the app/car said “do you want schedule the update” I did it tonight and it’s all good. I feel like it’s just like Apple iOS software how if there is something so new and everyone is trying to get it...

Also it came with all season tires, charger (expected since I order on 3/21), everything else as expected.

Picked up the car this morning from Devon. Small minor paint scratch on the front right quarter panel about 5-8 inches under the camera. Looks like maybe it was from a strap or something off the truck.

I pick up at Devon on Tuesday. I’ll be happy as long as it comes with all season tires. I got better mud flaps that I’m gonna put on and I’m doing PPF on the front. Those PPF precut pieces in front of the rear wheels are not expensive on Amazon.

Unless your loan is about to expire soon and you need to submit that to process the payment, you should have enough time to get it all sorted out before delivery.

That’s weird, check the app, you should be able to schedule delivery. My EDD after vin was 6/21-6/25 and the other day I was able to schedule the delivery for 6/21 at 10am.

I have a vin (had for a week or so, check my signature) at this point only waiting for them to call me to schedule delivery pickup. EDD was 6/21-6/25 and today it just changed to 6/15-6/21! They must be expecting the truck to get here sooner! Actually just saw that I can now click the button...

Seemed like they don’t “get them quicker” it’s just they tend to get there’s during the end of the quarter vs others like me on the east coast that get a vin beginning/mid month of the last month of the quarter.

Safe to say that’s a new one 😃 I dont think I’ve seen any vin higher then that on this thread.

Ok. I mean I’m just guessing as much as anyone else from what we see out in forums but unless anyone here works at tesla..we all can continue to have these conversations around speculation. Either way, take the car, look over it, check the mileage and be happy with it if it all good.

I downloaded the Tesla prep and Inspect Tesla apps. Who knows if they will be useful or not.

Just to give you a heads up of what to expect based off of my experience so far(for east coast): you are in a month window. You will get a 2 week window and around that time get a text for a trade in. Then once you are about 1-2 weeks out from the 2 week window you will get a VIN and a 3-4 day...

Who knows exactly how they do things. For those of you waiting, hopefully this month.

I just received the text for the car leaving the factory! If you didn’t get a vin by now and are northeast like me, mostly likely yours will be on a later truck 🙁

They wouldn’t have changed us all to 2 week windows. We’re definitely getting VINs soon. We have to think that way…it’s the only thing that keeps us going 🤣

You can check that stuff at pick up. It will have the AMD chip, all season tires, “heated wipers” which is not actually that, possibly mud flaps and PPF around the area just front of the rear tires. If it ends up coming with other stuff, please let us know. Things like double pane glass on rear...
