Yes, I received an email invite to the webinar on Monday just gone. I received my VIN and Reg on the 1st November for confirmed home delivery on the 24th November

Mine is a lease order and no longer than 24 hours after receiving confirmation of delivery date they sent me another text with my reg and VIN

8x M3 RWD either black or blue ordered by different colleagues, all confirmed with registrations and delivery confirmed with Arnold Clark for 24/11/2022, they were all ordered before the end of March 2022

I think it’s because I’m a lease customer, I never had a hidden VIN or confirmation of a VIN until I got that text with my reg on. All happened so fast, heard nothing for 10 months then 4 txts in less than 24 hours

Not sure to be honest, it’s all sorted through my company so not checked, it isn’t showing as registered on the GOV website yet so I don’t presume the car insurance websites would pick the reg up?

It must be a cancelled order, a fellow colleague never received their VIN either, they literally had a txt with the registration and the car was delivered 10 days later

Is it unheard of to receive a registration before getting your VIN assigned? I’m guessing my car must already be in the UK as I had confirmation of my reg today, despite Tesla constantly telling me keep an eye out for the txt with the VIN

This would also make sense as to why Tesla wouldn’t speak to me as the vehicle had a registration and I am not the legal owner

Called Tesla this morning for an ETA, still saying November - December. They did say that if I am getting my car in November I will receive confirmation before the end of this month

Yes, it was a lease order through work, I was given an option of 5 vehicles and chose the Tesla due to the short lead time, they clearly prioritise purchase orders, which I wish I would have known before I ordered! really frustrating!

Not good news for me this morning, EDD has been pushed back to December. Really frustrating, I would not have ordered the car if I knew I would be waiting this long! The only reason I ordered the Tesla was because it had the shortest lead time, wishing I would have gone for the iX3 now

I had a good conversation with a Tesla rep today who was very helpful, he told me that I will almost certainly be getting my car by the end of September, he informed me that I should be receiving a confirmation txt message by next Friday
