Yea it was still fenced up, and I'm just using my iPhone camera zoomed in to get the pictures. Also, I have to reduce the image quality to get the file size down to be able to upload to the forum here 🤷‍♂️

How did you get it to accept a 2023 VIN? Did you put your vehicle year as 2022? I don't see a 2023 option.

Glad you raised it with the Tesla delivery team. I've also called them and let them know about the issue. Hopefully if we make enough noise, something will work. Would hate for all the late 2022 deliveries to miss out on this credit.

Yep, tested today and it's working now. Yay!

I'm just worried that they have a note on the website that specifically says the Model Y isn't accepted after 2022, so I don't think they will do anything retroactive.

Same issue for me. Just picked up my new Tesla, and the first thing I wanted to show the kids was Disney in the car.... not working.

I have an order in for a Long Range Model Y, and would qualify for the credit, but my EDD is November 13 - December 25. Will I be able to delay delivery in order to get the credit? What's the process for doing that? Thanks!
