My main issue with FSD is that it is too cautious at intersections and stop signs. Tesla needs to know how to improve them, or admit they need more sensors (eg 2 front bumper cams for cross traffic and ride height and speed bump).

I engage FSD all the time now. It assists my daily drives. Roundabouts are nerve wrecking but FSD has handled all of them very well in SoCal.

FSD beta is so much better than it was 6 months ago. To expect dinosaurs like Ford or GM to be able to catch up to AI/software company called Tesla is almost laughable. I would not be surprised if Apple partners with Tesla in the future as CarPlay option.

I don't see any evidence this Tesla was driving on AP. There is a change in car's momentum ~2 seconds before impact, suggesting last minute hard braking. Car skidded to crash from what it looks like. I tend to believe this was a human driver event.

When you waste engineering resource on defeating what FSD is suppose to be in the first place (self driving), you don't get either.

I just use regular ankle/wrist weight. Works fine and it cost $12. I can put it on, or take it off the wheel as needed.

Tesla should focus it's energy on more productive feature than trying to defeat counter weight. For example, I would like my auto summon to work at least 10% of time. Or how about auto park being usable rather than my car becoming a nuisance at parking lots.

I used Autopark few times and it seems to work better at finding large parallel parking space than normal parking space. I had to disengage Autoparking few times for parallel parking because it was too aggressive reversing and I didn't want to potentially curb my rims.

10.12 handled these exits fine. It's 10.69.2.2 issue, unfortunately.

This 10.69.2.2 version failed to get into the the highway exit ramp and had to take over twice today. Never had this issue before with 10.12. This is serious issue.

So far 10.12 is better version than 10.69 from my experience. This latest 10.69.2 is more cautious and arguably worse in handling stop signs, red lights, speed limit changes. I don't really see any real useful improvement over 10.12 (better lane selection for example).

Thank goodness that we hold back progress until all need to prove the unknown is proven. When will this thing called airplane start operating? I hear it's amazing new travel tool but still has issues. Anytime soon?

Just got the FSD beta 10.12.2 as new beta opted in this April with 99 score and over 3,400 miles. Looks like Tesla is finally rolling out to new beta testers.

I took delivery of Model S and there are paint pooling in the quarter panel wheel well. Tesla service center said they would have to ship the car back to factory to correct the paint and it is 3 week turn around time. My concern is will they have issue with paint color matching issue with new...
