I had same vibration with standard 20" Perrelli"s and new 19' Martian Rims and Michelin Tires. Someone Posted I needed to disable Lane Departure warning to stop that. I will do that next time I drive car. Hope it works.

I notice a small vibration in Steering Wheel with the lead Tire, when it turns across a painted line on road, like during a Lane change. Only on the lead tire, not the opposite front tire when it crosses the paint. I have had different tires on also, same thing, has anyone experience this?
