I am in Sydney changed to Dec 24 to Jan 15 so literally all in the same boat . M3RWD standard white/black for faster delivery haha OD March 12

If the cost is $115 for plates they are the black and white ones, I asked the SA that when my invoice came in, said the yellow ones are $40 or so can't remember exact amount

I ended up withdrawing my trade in, thinking if I did that with 2 boats in port, I might be given my invoice and car quicker Cancelled the trade in last night and received the invoice this morning. Remains to be seen if it does make any difference to receiving the car quicker though.

I think you should be ok, I talked with Tesla on Friday about this and they said they will hold the order up to 7 days, you are only away 5 , so even worse case they said 15th you could pick upon your return And be within the 7.

This may be useful to those who can't pick up . I rang to have my order reassigned going on what I was told 30 mins ago only to be told I couldn't have it reassigned as now was outside my initial order window of 5-7 months and you can only reassig a vehicle within your initial order window...so...

Ok, just contacted Tesla, I can ask for my vehicle to be unassigned within the next 48 hours. If I do this I will receive a car in the next batch...probably Late Jan or February or maybe March. The price stays the same. If I don't do this I have to pick up the car within 7days or get someone...

I am in the same position, Going overseas December 10 return Jan 2 ..maybe Tesla psychic as my EDD is December 14-28. I did accept the order as with our 7 day extension per agreement, means I am gambling that my EDD is 24th or later that takes me to the public holidays of Jan 1 and 2 in NSW...

I am with you. I fear the current ships out there Crystal and Cherry aren't carrying a bunch of VINs for us. Surely for a company that is as automated as Tesla would have churned out at least some allocations on those ships if there were any. that leaves only Passama and possibly Paglia...

I live south of Port Kembla and see the ships lined up on the horizon. Has been very windy for a few days in the last week, think severe marine warning winds, settled down now..bright and sunny, no wind..should be all good for you guys for delivery. 👍
