I bought this new with my first Tesla. It has been mounted outdoors and is weathered. However it charges perfectly up to 80 amps. The switch on the connector end doesn't work most of the time. Tesla never could fix this. $300 shipped to the lower 48. Applepay or paypal. Ray

So I called Tesla. The person on the phone said the unlimited supercharging stays with the car. So are you saying I can't trust Tesla as a source for this data?

In this case I referred myself. I called Tesla last week and the lady on the phone said it stays with the car. I should probably confirm this again.

Yes it will be boxed up. This is the beauty of using the 240 volt relays and not the 120v relays. The control side of the relays are powered by the "hots". So if one of the plugs are disconnected then both relays are off. No current/voltage on the open plug. The neutrals are NOT used. I...
