    Gateway 2 reset ?

    It is indeed a reset button but it is 3 inches directly in from the hole and must be "pressed" using a long and slender (preferably non-metalic) item. Instructions say to press it for about 1 second. You should feel a slight, very slight resistance as the button is pressed...it moves only...

    My system is down due to gateway communication issue

    Hi, we have had a similar issue. Powerwalls without lights and gateway WiFi not broadcasting. We had no power from GRID or solar but after hours on a tech call with Tesla, they directed checking under the "Do not touch" except if directed by Tesla sticker as to the setting of the GRID/OFF GRID...

    There is a way even if the gateway "trips", there is a switch under the "do not touch sticker" that can trip (i found out the hard way!) and it was half way between grid and off grid, Tesla support instructed me to set it back to grid and power from the grid came back. Our gateway is still dead...
