We just called the customer service number 1 (888) 518-3752 as soon as we got our VIN. The customer service rep who helped us, sent us an email with a request to respond with a photo of our check. They then verified the funds. Made delivery day go perfectly.

Forgot to include this: J1772 adapter. No mobile charger. No cargo cover. Pirelli P0 (summer) tires.

My car arrived at the SC 9/14. I went and got a sneak peak tonight. Mine has the new door panels and matrix headlights. VIN F543. No idea if it has a cargo cover yet. Did you get your appointment yet? We called the 1-888 # and we’re told we had one of the earliest appointments. Something about needing 24 hours to get the car ready for pickup once it arrived.

Have you ever used the SC in Jax? This is my first Tesla. Wondering if they provide great service. An automated coffee beverage machine would not go amiss. 🤣

It sure would be nice if Tesla did what BMW does for new cars. If you have a VIN and an online account set up with them, you can track your vehicle. It would benefit customers and Tesla If this option was available.
