Software update 2022.28.200 installed Latest Tesla App version 4.13.3 Window venting and roll up on lock are still unavailable. Hopefully Tesla has a solution to the window pinch recall other then just blocking these features permanently….

Thanks for the reply, I didn’t know it needed 30 days. Just assumed since it’s attached to my Wi-Fi at home it would receive any new updates

I picked up my MYP on Tuesday September 13. Same error. Also under “locks” there should be an option to roll up windows when you walk away from car and it locks. I don’t see that option either.

Yes they can ping the vehicle to see the exact location. My SA did it for me yesterday. But maybe your SA or location they have a policy not to do it.???

That is similar to what happened to me. I got a 10 day window then within next few days got a 5 day window and a VIN. Fingers crossed for you. 🤞🤞

I would contact your advisor and just ask for a delivery time of Sept. 10 early afternoon. Maybe they will just book it for that. My EDD was Sept. 15-19. I spoke with them and I was able to get a date confirmed 2 days early that works better for me.
