Just to close out this thread - it was a faulty sensor in the back. Tesla repaired it by replacing the sensor. Overall it was very strange to have a faulty sensor in a brand new car.

Oh wow - that's even worse, as you had a VIN assigned. I am so bummed as one day before the window, they changed the dates. I have already ordered 19' rims/tires. We had our Model 3 totaled early in summer - its so hard w/o a car.
