Parking Sensor(s) not working after changing tires / rims on new MYP

Hi - I just got our MYP got the tires/rims changed the following day from 21' to 19" from TSportline.
However the next day I noticed that the "Parking Assist Not Available" - since then the parking assisst is not working and neither is the Autopilot.

Any ideas on what may have happened? I have put in a service request.
I am not even sure if this sensor issue is due to tire change, but am just guessing right now.

BTW - I tried the "reset" using both steering wheel buttons, but no luck.

I have also cleaned all the sensors with a tissue

A follow up question - is there a way to get diagnostics detail on Which parking sensor may not be working? I didn’t see it in notifications. There is no specific error code

Can Tesla tell me over the phone?

Else I wait 2 weeks till my appointment
