i can't explain how frustrated i am with the company, i thought Tesla actually was going to take care of his clients. i went last time to the dealer and the mechanic there actually look like he wanted to help me but i am sure Tesla told him no to do anything since this would have taken too much...
i spoke with a lawyer and he told me Tesla is a big company and they have great lawyers, and they haven't change any parts on my car in order to sue them. they only have changed the tires and that is not a enough to sue them, it can't be a wearable part
I have a vibration on the yolk on speed over 75 mph
I have taken my Brand new model X 2022 5 times to the dealer, 4 out of 5 times to Tesla Paramus NJ and after 4 times they completely ignore me because they couldn't solve the problem, they told me they can't take the car over the street speed...
i am went 3 times already to service and they can't find anything and vibration still there i am already talking to them to see if i can get a new car i told them i don't want this car anymore and that it came defected. i hope they can bring something up who knows
Hello i have my new model x plaid on the dealer, this is the 3er time i take it there and they can't give an answer of what is costing vibration on the car on high speed
car vibrate over 85 m/h usually. it doesn't get worst it is just a annoying vibration that i don't think it should be there...
