They said they pulled the tires and saw nothing irregular. They claim its brake drag but it will go away after few thousand miles. I guess I'll just wait to see if it clears up.- CaptainElectro

I believe it definitely would lower the cars value. If I took it out for a test drive I would not buy a car if it was making a random noise that couldn't be explained.- CaptainElectro
