My angle with the Ombudsman complaint is slightly different - I purchased EAP at the time I ordered the car (£3,400) therefore I’d be looking for a pro rated refund on the functions that are not available to me.

Have you updated to the latest version of software?

It also worth mentioning that they are STILL adveritising EAP with all the features on their website - both for new order vehicles and existing inventory. Not sure how they are getting away with it.

I purchased the EAP when I got the vehicle and didn’t get the USS. I’ve logged a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman because Tesla aren’t able to provide a firm timing (or even a window!) of when it will transition fully to Tesla Vision.

I don’t know why it would affect the charging either - but something is clearly amiss and it’s the only variable that I’ve been able to identify. Are the Tesla Wall Chargers particularly temperamental?

We don’t run anything else between 11:30 - 5z. If the load was the issue as you say, then surely it would still trip when I schedule the charge from the car/app? The only difference I can see between schedule charging from the car/app and the IO schedule charging is the stop/start pattern on the IO…

I did just find a setting in my iPhone for streaming quality options - it was ‘High Quality’ - I’ve changed now to lossless to see if this makes any difference.

My experience today is that the sound quality from Bluetooth is far superior than what I’m getting via streaming over the Apple Music app….

It can take up to half an hour after plugging the car in. Having said that, tonight when I plugged in it appeared within a few minutes.

I tried this tonight and it didn’t work - the car started charging according to the schedule I set in the car - the IO smart schedule did not overwrite it (it was scheduled to start charging at 02:30)

If I set a schedule in the car itself for the off peak hours, if my smart charge plan schedules it outside of these hours, will it overrule the Tesla schedule?

I can confirm that this is not true. I managed to get a delivery date for my vehicle and at the same time they told me what day my car would physically be in the UK (and how long they’d need to prep it).

From what I’ve been told by Forza Finance, it’s considered ‘fronting’ which is illegal.

Thanks - the issue is that the finance (whether that’s 3rd party or Tesla) must be in the same name as the order. Tesla have confirmed that the name of the order cannot be changed.
