Got a call from Tesla Mt Gravatt last night asking if I'm ready to pick up the car today. Only problem is, I'm in regional Queensland and I it is meant to be delivered to my door. After an awkward conversation, i find out my car is meant to be delivered first week of January...after waiting 318...

Jeez louezz! Tesla send me my final invoice yesterday and just moments ago I get an email and a txt saying my final payment is outstanding...it's like "bro! It's taken you 310 days to send me an invoice, less than 1 day to send me a hurry up notice...calm the fcuk down!"

I 100,000,000% agree with you, only to add regional orders don't even get a date, just TBD. It's been like that for 307 days...and counting

That was only due to their incompetence. They had already completed their investigation...only someone in trade forgot to send through the offer...had to chase them up 3 times 🤬

Well today I figured enough is enough. 29 November I got a txt from Tesla asking to update up odometer reading for the trade in. After replying to the txt twice, and 3 phone calls later I finally cracked the shits and called Tesla on my way home from work. Apparently someone in the trade in...

According to the sa you won't get a price until you get a vehicle assigned. That's what they've told me

All I can think of is it must be a shipping issue ie. A lack of ships to send the cars. Pretty sure I read somewhere that in Shanghai they can build 1000 MYs and 800 M3s a day (don't quote me on those numbers...it could be 1000 cars a day, I've had a few beers). Anyway, they could build plenty...

My one rang me within 10mins of placing my order online congratulating me and "welcomed me to the family". He said i could call him anytime. To date he has called me twice in the 9 month wait, so to answer you, they don't do a heck of a lot
