    Is it normal for my 2023 RWD to have a 980 motor?

    I have a 2023 Model 3 RWD built in Fremont in December, and I just discovered that it has a 980 motor. Is that normal? I thought Tesla were only using 980 in the Performance and were using 990 or 1780 in the cheaper cars? More specifically, it’s the 3D1 variant of the 980 motor.
