After mobile service appointment (replaced charging port and charging door), and second appointment in service center (replaced charging door) I’m still having same problem with charging door won’t staying open. Third appointment made in app, will update then.

Currently I'm observing how my sentry works, because after I replaced SSD with microsd card again it appears to be working normal so far, beside of that I turned off sentry at home so it is less events to trigger. I will update in case of any fails to record/save or other issues.

My Sentry messages in car says "Tap to view" so definitely they should be viewable in car.

Came back to car, it had 4 sentry events message, and nothing showed up in dashcam app. When i connected SSD to PC, there was only two folders in Sentry directory, and both were empty with event.json Tomorrow I'm going to schedule a service appointment with app. Definitely a bummer.

OK the same issue happens with Tesla usb stick, now I replaced it with brand new 500Gb SSD on USB adapter, let's see how it goes.

I'm on 2022.44.30. It happened only few times and with no noticable order so I want to try to use Tesla stick again just to see if it makes any difference. Weird issue.

I have the same issue with High Endurance micro sd card/adapter combo.
