2023 Model Y Charging port door won't stay open

Charging port and charging port door were replaced two days ago by mobile service due to same issue.
Trying to charge and it's doing the same thing!
Won't stay open (regardless if opened through the app, car's screen or charger button) and won't react on touch.
Scheduled an appointment, it's mobile service again, hopefully it will change to service center.
Anyone had issues like this after port/door being replaced?

I had that issue the second day I owned it. What I ended up doing is using the app to "open" the charge port as I was using the physical strap to manually open the port. That's worked perfectly ever since. Might be worth a try.
