here is the resolution. they were not able to fix the gap between rear hatch and driver side tail light.

OP, i think your car is pretty much perfect. is that roof gap even on both sides? if it is, i wouldnt bother with it. i have looked at lot of MYLRs and yours look pretty good. i would like to have your fit and finish especially for tail lights.

This can be fixed. mine was something similar. they fixed the top of headlights to be flush with the car and bottom has an overbite/underbite.

do you have before/after pics of the rocker panel? so i basically had 3 issues and most of it were fixed to within spec which im happy about. your experience was almost similar to mine. i kinda lost when the service rep said "its within the spec" . put my foot down just like you said. then...

i noticed another deep metallic blue which had better alignment and took pics for comparison i also noticed a difference in power hatch support for my own model y on left and right side. looks like washer is missing this is what it should look like correct vs incorrect.

i did not have PPF. i scraped a pillar very gently.

took delivery of 2023 model y fremont build with some alignment issues. looking to see if someone here went through the same experience and got it fixed from tesla service center. hatch on left side sits flush but hatch on right side does not. rear door on driver side juts out a bit but...

luckily it was just a paint transfer. wiped it with wd-40 and then with soap water. it came right out. phew. this is after.

While pulling into tight parking spot, scratched my front bumper. Its light but not a small scratch. Any solution other than replacing front bumper?

maybe "harassment" is exaggeration. "annoying" is more apt. thanks for the support everyone. i was just expecting a friendly dialogue through texts, but was annoyed when it was selective hearing. tesla: reminder: hi, schedule your model y delivery. if delivery is not scheduled by tomorrow...

housing dates dont change at the sellers whim. teslas do. first they gave a two week range. and then they shrunk it immediately. if you give me a 2 week range for delivery, then give me time to schedule my delivery in that 2 week range instead of forcing me to accept the delivery within 3 days.

i called them and they postponed it by 2 days instead of 3 which is fine by me. its just the attitude. selective answering of questions on text. people on phone seems to be much nicer than people behind texts.

I ordered MLR on Jan 13th after price dropped. EDD was Jan 21 to Feb 3rd. Got vin on Jan 26th. And they are harassing me to schedule delivery immediately or else they will give it to next person in waiting list. My loan was approved on 27th. CU says it takes until thursday to finish...
