Yeah the notes say cusotmer was correct in that seat was fault and adhesive coming through etc but they’re saying now they think it was because of me given it happened a second time. 😶‍🌫️

I just realised they can just say that I put the tape on top of the white stuff and that they can’t prove it wasn’t put there when there was on white stuff (given they’re already denying it’s the seat I can’t see them just accepting it even if documented )😑 thought it was a great idea though

Initially when they replaced the seat they said they could see the adhesive material leaking through the stitching (which is where it always starts) so they admitted it! But since it happened again they are saying it must be my fault however it’s happened in the exact same spot in the same way...
