The 15 miles is the standard miles Tesla puts on the MVPA. I had this on my agreement and when I picked up my car, it only showed 5 miles.

As soon as you drive the car off the lot, you'll take an instant depreciation in the tune of 15 to 20%. The days off "making money" on Teslas are over. Based on your asking price, I woiud just keep the car and enjoy if for a few years.
