When I had the issues I took it to Tesla and they stated the wires was routed wrong by the factory. So that could be it if not you might have to just hardwire it to battery.

I have similar setup but different mount only thing is the tape fails lol. I had to apply the adhesive to the back now it’s stronger but will see.

Nope I try plugging it in and still nothing. I think they turn off the plug no power at all going though the hitch cables they install.

On the bottom rpmtesla has a work around. But I believe you have to open the rear well and hold the clip and then turn it from the bottom. If I find the workaround I will post it.

No brake controller. Using 7 way to 4 flat adapter I also have test light on both 7 way and 4 pin still not working. But if I put it in my other car test works no issue. No lights and trailer mode doesn’t engage. Even if I press it manually trailer mode nothing.

It’s there I was the same way make sure car is park go into Bluetooth and should be option to turn it on or look at your phone Bluetooth as well.

I think this was already talked about. I believe if Tesla installs it and window crack it might be covered. But most people who install it install it wrong and crack the glass because of the 4 points it’s attached to.
