Dang, I changed to MYP basic option on 2/3 and still don't have a VIN... My original OD of MYLR is 1/15. This one hurts my head, do they not make identical cars in order?

I believe you have to ask your SA for this. I haven't gotten my VIN, but this is what I have seen people saying.

Not for me. No VIN yet, I had an EDD on 2/9 of 2/9-2/18 which was then updated to 2/18-3/18. Still no VIN.

I believe that you are a-okay if you enter the issues within the 100 mile window, through the service to request in the Tesla app. You can keep driving it after the 100 miles! Please correct me if I'm wrong though

Looked through ~5 pages of this thread (not consecutively)... Tesla has a slight problem with their EDD algorithm to say the least :)

There's really no tell about what this means... my EDD range has shrunk from 2 months -> 1 month -> 2 weeks -> 1 week -> back to 1 month. I don't think Tesla has a grasp on this whole EDD thing. I hope the best for you and that you get yours soon!

This may not be the case for you, but this box would disappear for me when there were no similar models nearby. It didn't mean I was getting my VIN. I saw it disappear 2 weeks go with no VIN.

I changed mine and don't have any change to my EDD. Before/after I changed my order, it still says 2/9-3/9.

I as well was unable to edit online. I just called the customer service line(1 (888) 518-3752) and was able to talk to someone and get the request submitted.

Given the new classification of the MYP, I just requested an upgrade to MYP. I had to call Customer Support as I could no longer edit my order from my account. The Customer Service Assistant submitted a request for my upgrade and she said they have been getting a ton of these requests today...

It's still a thing as of now, but the EDD of a new MYP is Feb-March.
