Hi, I already have a NEM.20 PGE permit for 5kW (secondary) system (Bay Area). I want to reduce the size of the system to maybe 2kW. Can I do that without jeopardizing the NEM2.0 permit? This is not Tesla (my primary system is Tesla though). This is from CompleteSolar. Thanks.

Edit: The first point of the question is to ask if Tesla will sell the PW to me. I am currently unsure about exploring 3P options.
