    I have ordered multiple ones prior to getting my county dmv issued license plate. You have to pick them up at the your county DMV and you have to surrender your original issued license plate to exchange them to your personalized one. SO you can order them but they won't issue it to you to assign...

    You are right it is the distance and wiring from the breaker box to the spot I wanted it to be installed. I took the bullet and picking up a GEN 3 charger tomorrow.

    I have noticed that too. Seems like M3 has exploded in Central Texas...owners and inventory. Got a fairly great deal on mine and trade in value for my Ford Raptor.
