My experience was great until my MXP with HW4 tried to kill me by aggressively moving into a left lane trying to crash into a big FedeX truck. I had my bike rack on with two bikes but the car just totally ignored the truck even though it showed it in the visualization. It was shocking and scary.

Did any MX owners with HW4 get the beta yet? I bought the damn FSD package and updated the car last night to 2023.20.7 but no FSDb. It is been very dissapointing :(

try a soft reset by holding the two scroll wheels down and it should clear the msg.

Service had updated my car to 2023.12.1. I'll be picking up my car tomorrow so I'll ask what they did to fix it. Also, they asked my permission to format the USB drive before they attempted to upgrade so maybe try that if you can.

I got the same error on a MXP while trying to upgrade from similar versions as you did. The car is in service center since Wednesday and I'm supposed to get my car back on May 3rd. Hopefully they get it fixed along with some other seat related issues.

Tried updating to 2023.12.1 yesterday and got a APS_w132 error. All autopilot features are disabled since the failed update and looks like a service center visit is required to fix the issue. Does anyone else have/had this issue? The service center tried to push the current version(2023.6.11)...

I think only the Model 3 and Y's get the visualization on the big screen because they don't have the second screen. I do wish there is a way to display the visualizations in the center screen and also for the repeater cameras to show on the little screen. Maybe someday with SW upgrades it is...

The Tesla delivery centers are run buy a bunch of clowns. Each person you ask will give you a different answer. I'm hating this "do everything through the app" treatment already and I've only owned a MXP for a week. Get hold of the manager at the delivery center and ask for a definitive date...

My car has v11.1 (2023.2.201 2b7ad964a83c) and it says its up to date for some reason.

I took delivery yesterday. Pretty excited and disappointed at the same time. I had 6 issues. 1) My car had a tear in the 3rd row seat and almost all seats have some kind of wrinkle or loose fitting leather. I can't imagine how they were able to park this car out saying its ready for delivery...

I just got a call from Tesla to let me know that my MXP (taking delivery on Mar 24th) will not be able to use summon, smart summon and parking aid audio (beeps) until the car gets a major update that is coming up in a few weeks. The car will still show the distance between the car and obstacles.

I feel like the front looks unfinished without the snout. I'd prefer to blackout the Tesla logo instead.

I'm kind of frustrated by the customer support and the Tesla sales team. If they want my 130K they better tell me what I'm getting for the money. Trying to sell a car with HW3 to a customer when they are silently rolling out cars with HW4 is a cheap tactic even if the car is discounted.

Yikes.. That is very unfortunate.. Hopefully it is something simple.. Otherwise I would just ask for a diff car.
