Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

Well it’s only the mid 90s now in Phx. In early September Tesla pushed a firmware update that recognized I didn’t really have arc faults supposedly. Now that it’s cooled off overheating seems like it isn’t an issue for now. I’m sure next summer it’ll shut down again due to overheating and I’ll...

Mine is rotated 90 degrees to the right

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

From looking at others pictures and the setup I have it seems that my fill plug is not at the top. The inverter is wider and positioned on top of the powerwall.

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

Another update. Late in August they said tier two recognized an issue and I could now set up a date to get it fixed. They gave the soonest date, mid October. While on vacation in the first week of September the inverter came to life and was putting out power. There were power drop offs on clear...

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

Battery backup works and charges from the street so time of use is only killing me a little. It’s just a complete lack of solar power.

Phoenix Heat + Powerwalls = shortened Lifespan?

Is your powerwall outside in direct sunlight?

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

Quick update. Less than a week ago I spoke to Tesla on Thursday. One lady took the time to look very close at my previous notes and the way it was initially written up in the 3rd week of July. She had an issue trying to get me to sign into the inverter. It turns out inverter vs powerwall +...

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

It looks like the only residue is under the brass nut.

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

Ok so I opened it up and reset the circuit breaker, joined the network and put in the case sensitive password and it said incorrect password. 🤷‍♂️

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

I’m on the road until tomorrow but I’ll look into these posts and update. I researched the arc fault that was mentioned and now I’m worried about arc welding and stuff burning down.

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

I’m not sure how to do that but tier one says that there is no message related to fluid but there is an arc fault. I’d assume reduced fluid may have something to do with that but if not it sounds like I need a new inverter pretty cut and dry. Why would they be slow rolling a replacement?

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

Well update. Mid July friendly guy came out and reset something and flipped something and looked at his iPad a minute and said I was good to go. I thought cool because I was still making power. There was no clipping since may but I chalked that up to Phx dust on the panels. Two days after he...

Blue drips from bottom right of inverter onto top right of powerwall 2+

There is a dried blue fluid that has left residue on the powerwall. It’s inside the garage in Phx and no outside moisture/humidity was in the area. What is it and is it an issue. System is a few months old

SRP demand (kW) number is huge different with Powerwall app

I recognize this is an old post but I’m new on here and can’t start my own thread. I’m an e-27 customer with one powerwall and 9.6 kw. I’d prefer the powerwall to only come on when my supply from the grid hits 3 kw continuous or higher due to demand charges. My system got turned on a few days...
