El Paso Eastlake Supercharger construction has been going on for a while, no green transformer yet. Weird I didn’t see the electrical permits for this spot. 8 stalls in front of that Starbucks mentioned a while back.

I suppose so, maybe those superchargers up north have them. Here it doesn’t get as cold as up there.

Also I should add, this location is going to be well lit during the night, unlike the location across i-10.

Construction confirmed, tesla SC posts and other equipment are present. The foundations are being built. No big huge transformer yet, but it is going up fast.

Was speaking to someone familiar with the project, apparently it’s gonna be some Tesla themed cafe or something lol.

Dropped by the site, construction may have started a few days ago.

Woops, I didn't realize El Paso had an Accela access. I'll keep an eye on it, if anything I'll drive around the area looking for construction.

I don't even see that in the TDLR Project Search, could it be construction starting soon? It's been a while since the first permit.

Anyone have the update for the Bonus Module that can share it? I've tried several times to get an update from Ingenext but keep being met with silence.

Rechecked Google Maps, 2702 W Amador now shows on this small lot. On said lot, there appears to be active construction. Passed by on multiple occasions to that lot empty. I’ll let you guys decide if it warrants an orange cone on supercharge.info

Now it marks at 2702 W Amador, previously at 2701 W Amador. Seems they moved it to either the TA Travel Center or the Pilot Travel Center from the Border International Semi area.

I live in El Paso Texas, I can make frequent stops around that area to see if I can spot this supercharger while it's being built.

The vacant lot you're referring to next to the Starbucks is the site of a future Chick Fil-A. The Starbucks parking is too small to accommodate the Supercharger. It may end up just being in a parking space in the same Eastlake Marketplace.
