Marco found a Supercharger filing in Las Cruces, NM address: 2701 Amador Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88005. Business looks to be a truck dealer and coffee shop called Border International. The permit originally didn't say Superchargers but now it does...

Not an ignorant question. But mostly taking it on faith because it's Marco! I think he's able to see more permit detail than is shown on the screenshot.

I dunno - naively, it appears that the permit wasn't even issued until the day Marco tweeted that...

Yeah, no cone is deserved until actual Tesla equipment or signing shows up.

I was going to check on this one Sunday night as I was headed from Santa Fe to Tucson, but I was shocked to learn that staying on the interstate and going through Las Cruces adds almost an hour when compared with taking the back road from Hatch to Deming. Such a weird alignment for the interstates in this area.

I live in El Paso Texas, I can make frequent stops around that area to see if I can spot this supercharger while it's being built.

Now it marks at 2702 W Amador, previously at 2701 W Amador.

Seems they moved it to either the TA Travel Center or the Pilot Travel Center
from the Border International Semi area.

Rechecked Google Maps, 2702 W Amador now shows on this small lot.
On said lot, there appears to be active construction. Passed by on multiple occasions to that lot empty.

I’ll let you guys decide if it warrants an orange cone on supercharge.info

I have been checking on the inspection status updates but hadn’t driven by there yet. That’s amazing that there is active work being done now. Can’t wait for this to open !

That would be amazing. I am actually in Carlsbad right now but still too nervous to try the trip in my Model 3 LR. It’s not convenient to stop at the RV park or a McDonald’s for a few hours
