I just drove by it the other night and couldn't believe I hadn't heard of a second location coming to CLT. Found a site plan put together by the real estate company by putting the address in the old Google machine.

As Marco wrote in the Tesla North Blog on 9/22, a 16-stall supercharger is planned for the Lowe's hardware off I-485 exit 1. Also interesting to note that the plans call for 3 pull-in stalls.

Been waiting for this one for awhile. A much needed V3 on I-77 and just an exit south of US-33 on the way to Columbus. Hopefully it will be open before our drive up in mid-November.

Tesla Find Us map says Marmet and Ripley, WV coming Q4 2023. No permits/construction for either as far as I've seen. The WV Turnpike is in desperate need of some more V3 Superchargers.

Your blue section would match the Supercharger location at the Lowes Foods in Mooresville off I-77. I'm sure it also has to do with what the property owner decides.

A new 11-stall V3 Supercharger is coming to Knightdale. The address matches the Lowes Foods just off Knightdale Blvd. Link to permit.

Something similar to this SuC in Raleigh, NC that had a mix of 250s and 150s.

Did some digging around the Washington County, VA website and found permits submitted for an 8 stall Supercharger at a new Royal Farms Convenience Store (#439). RF website says the address will be 25016 Lee Highway Abingdon, VA 24211.

This article states there will be 22 EV charging stations and the Buc-ee's is scheduled to open June 5. Curious if that will mean a dozen Superchargers and 10 CCS. Has Buc-ee's done CCS at other locations yet?

Interesting that it's only 7 miles north of the Brawley School Rd exit and the Lowes Foods of Mooresville location. I will admit this would be closer on/off to I-77. Seems like the 40/77 interchange in Statesville would make more sense for now.

At this point, anything between Knoxville and I-26 would be great for those of us who drive through Johnson City/I-26.

According to this article Tesla is eyeing a potential Triad location (High Point). While it would help to alleviate RDU and CLT centers, it doesn't necessarily help those in Western NC much.

As of 2-21 the second location is no longer listed on the map as upcoming. Was really hoping for something near the US-321 and I-40 interchange.
