Does anyone know of shops around Tampa that can change tires on a 2019 Tesla Model 3 long range with 19 inch wheels?

Question about my windshield…have a 2019 M3 long range and my windshield has what looks like speckles all over it. Can’t be cleaned off with anything out there. Sometimes gives a bad reflection off the sun too. Any ideas what his might be? Thank yo in advance.

Question, is the $1,000 computer upgrade to access FSD worth it? I've thought about it, but wasn't sure.
