I don't agree with you on this one. I see the complete opposite perspective! why would I choose to wait potentially over an hour+ on AAA for something I could to myself in 10 minutes, just to avoid bit of work, and dirty hands? But yep, (in Tesla's case) not worth in my opinion lugging around...

I confirmed this yesterday with my SC that I can bring a cashiers check for my down payment. They actually recommended this over using Plaid. I'm in Illinois though so I don't know if NJ would be any different.

Yeah I guess it makes sense, with 2 weeks in the window it wouldn't be realistic for that EDD to even be accurate since I don't have VIN yet. Really wish they could just give Accurate EDD's, as this was my 3rd time entering a 2 week or less EDD window, And you late January folks have had it even...

Probably not very accurate. I'm in Central Illinois, and I ordered MYP on 2/25. I don't have VIN yet, and my current EDD is 4/13-5/11.

I ordered on 2/25, with general range of March - April and Had my first Specific window on 2/27 of April 5 - May 10, So it could come at anytime, but doesn't seem to be any exact pattern from what I've seen.
