What colour? Been tracking blue RWD MYs, and all the ones listed in inventory on Tesla's website are still in transit, including those that are going to Richmond and Surrey in BC My EDD is June 20th-30th. I suspect it'll be closer to the 30th than the 20th here in Ottawa.

I didn't ask, unfortunately. I'm still seeing 5.74 in my profile and first applied for a Model 3 on April 12th. I assume that means my rate expires July 12th give or take a few days. Or maybe the finance person was mistaken, but I really hope not.

Is anyone considering the switch from the Model Y RWD to the Model 3 AWD? $2,500 difference if you order an inventory car... Can't really find a reason not to make the switch. A second motor/zippier, longer range, cheaper maintenance (eg. tires). Only downsides I can think of are, more cost up...

Did you happen to get the newest low rate? I got 5.74 on April 25th. Curious to know why it's going to be more than .25 which, even now isn't expected to happen until July. I personally think the rates will hold, but I guess we'll see.

Yep, and those 4 have factory gate dates of May 27th, so it's possible the changeover happened yesterday. Of course, it just says, "Autopilot" so maybe it's not HW4, but it appears to be a different code than HW3.

I think it's a guarantee that we'll be getting our vehicles before July 1st. They're going to want to get them off the lot before the end of Q2.

I believe tesla-info.com to be a trusted source when it comes to vehicle features. MYRWD vehicles listed on Tesla's website with factory gate dates of April 25th are presumably from the first shipment. They're all listed as having HW3. It sounds like anyone with a published VIN (not hidden only)...

I would take what a rep says with a grain of salt tbh. The first shipment from China definitely does not have HW4.

The first shipment of RWD MYs don't appear to have HW4. I'm guessing the second shipment won't either. We may have JUST missed the boat which is a bit frustrating

Has anyone been able to get their RWD insured yet? I called CAA trying to set insurance up and they're unable to find the car model, nor the car via VIN. I'm still a ways away from receiving the vehicle, but I wanted a better sense of what the insurance costs would be.

EDD updated to June 20th-30th from 11th-30th. Got my hidden VIN finally and had to accept the tesla vision disclaimer.

Looks like the ship is entering Vancouver's port on June 5th so you may be cutting it a bit close if you're in Montreal. That is unless your car is part of the first shipment in which case you should be fine.

They very well could be cancelled orders, but they've for sure brought over extra inventory. Makes sense considering the time and effort involved in getting a ship to cross the pacific. Still showing June 11-30th as of this morning for my Blue RWD Y, so I remain hopeful that I'll get it within...

Interesting. I spoke to my advisor last week and he just said that they're expecting a big shipment Mid June, but couldn't give me an exact date. Hopefully June 23rd'ish holds true.

My EDD is still set for June 11-30. I suspect that the other poster was correct when they thought blue ones were on another shipment. Wouldn't mind it it came sooner to get the better rate tbh.

Our EDD is 3-4 weeks behind people in Vancouver, so it's possible that it'll just take 2-3 weeks for the vehicles to get to central Canada as well. Still, it's nice to get a better sense of when it'll be here, even if not at all accurate. Fingers crossed it's on this shipment and will be here...
