That area (the rear side door) is also the same problem area in my 2022 Model Y. Seems like there's some rattle coming from the "shoulder" area of the rear seat (close to the door) and possible the headliner(?!) as well.

My vehicle is the same. Weird small rattles coming from everywhere, mostly when I'm traveling on rough road. I'm removed several panels and adding felt tape didn't do much, so I'm guessing its the panels rattling against themselves.

Understood and agreed! These small rattles are driving me crazy, but it seems like we had the same issue. Can you explain what the seat bolster is? I'd like to check on this. My rattle seems to be coming from the rear passenger-side seat. Thanks

Wow, so you didn't even get the parts! That's odd that they sent the wrong C-PILLAR Panel (i'm guessing that's what you meant). I've got my parts ordered, and they DID mention they don't install, but we'll see what they actually send over.

Thanks for confirming! My current one (from RPM) folds up and flat, so I could drive that way. It does look like the "flap" on the OEM one is too wide to fold up without moving the "middle area" back first (15sec into the video).

I see. So the first fold (10" in) can't fold up on its own right? Looks to be a bit wide. The RPM Tesla cover I have now actually folds up at around the same point (10" in) without having to shift the cover back. Hmm...still in debate whether to get the OEM part. LOL

So the correct cargo shelf has the z fold ? What are your thoughts on the shelf? Does it "jump" when hitting bumps? Doesn't seem like there's a "track" to keep it "up and down immobilized", but just a ledge to rest on.

When you say "they revised it", are you talking about Tesla changing identifying part numbers? Or your service rep typing in different part numbers than you ordered? ? In your previous post it says you originally had 162 numbers and they manually changed those numbers to the 149 numbers...
