I kept it on the middle setting, and it was already better than the standard 2022 Performance sunspension. Noticeably different on the roads near culver city and especially on the 405 where the road has those constant small up/down bumps, these took the up/down away. I never set it to its stiffest, or to its softest.

I only have my personal experience with them, posted above. As stated, I didn't test the max and min settings for stiffness.
