Just had an email from Tesla (picking up my car tomorrow) to say that "due to a new industry policy, your vehicle must be shipped with a max 50% charge" so they are giving 100 miles of free supercharging. It will take a few days to appear in Loot Box.

The default with Lex is delivery to your house but you can tell Tesla that you would like to pick it up instead.

Awesome. I've ordered an MYP as well to pick up from Bluewater. Tesla chat told me it was scheduled to be there on 30th May but they may have been conservative with the date. 24th sounds about right to me.

That could mean it's on MIRAFIORI. Takes around 10 days after docking to deliver the car.

Nice one! Just spoke to Tesla and they told me that logistical info is not available for the latest shipment to the UK and to wait for a text. Lol. Guess it's pot luck who you speak to. I'm still last two weeks of May. LexAuto saying 1/6 but I know they quote the latest date as a worse case.

I would say it's simply logistics. If the boat is docking at Southampton on 19th (and it may be delayed so Tesla have to factor this in), it'll take one day to unload then they have to transport the cars around the UK. Go on the Tesla website and use the chat option that pops up on the right. Give them your RN number and they should be able to give you a better indication. I've found my lease company to be pretty useless - they're just quoting what it says on Teslas website.

I think that once you have the RN number then you are in the line with all the other orders (be it direct with Tesla or lease / company car). I don't think they prioritise particular orders. My employer authorised mine on 9/3 (black MYP) and a purchase order was raised the same day. I got the RN...
